10 Instructor Secure stock from the instructor. *  
20 Lathe  Check part and face to clean up.
25 Lathe  Turn 2.200 Diameter back at least 2.00 inches.
30 Lathe Center drill.
40 Lathe Pilot drill at least 2 inches deep
50 Lathe Set up lathe to drill 1/32 (approx) under finish diameter of bore. Use a lathe log on the drill shank to protect from marring the tailstock spindle.
60 Instructor Have the instructor check setup. *  
70 Lathe Drill at least 2 inches deep.
80 Lathe Set up to bore with a HSS boring tool.
90 Lathe Have the instructor check setup. *  
100 Lathe Bore hole to specifications. Make sure to bore hole deep enough to allow for two pieces.
110 Lathe Chamfer front side. Deburr hole.
120 Lathe Part first piece off to length  (see note 3).
130 Lathe Chamfer front side. Deburr hole.
140 Lathe Part second piece off to length  (see note 3).
150 Bench Deburr both parts.
160 Bench Inspect parts.
170 Instructor Turn in parts for grading. *
