10 Instructor Have Instructor select a lathe in need of maintenance. Write the information in the box above.
20 Lathe  Organize Tooling *  
30 Lathe  Completely clean the machine. *  
40 Instructor Disassemble the 3- Jaw chuck, but DO NOT pull the Cam pins.  Have instructor check disassembly. *  
50 Lathe Clean the chuck scroll, jaws and reassemble according to information sheet. *  
60 Lathe Check belts for wear and tension.
