10 Vertical Band Saw Remove the blade as shown in the information sheet.
20 Instructor Have your instructor check off blade removal. *  
30 Instructor Secure stock.
40 Vertical band saw Set up the saw for cutting out the gage. Be prepared to answer questions concerning safety, blade speed, and blade guides.
50 Instructor Have your instructor check set up. *  
60 Vertical band saw Saw out the gage to within 0.03 inches of the layout lines. Do not touch the layout lines.
70 Bench Deburr the gage, but DO NOT remove the layout dye.
80 Instructor Turn your work into your instructor for grading. *
